Just happened to my 3 years old black limited edition Proton Persona yesterday, called Proton 24hrs helpline, was told they could only tow my car to service centre then leave me stranded without transport while i'm on a business trip (because all Proton workshop CLOSED ON SUNDAY). In the end found 1 mechanic in Parit Buntar that happen to be working on Sunday (the only 1 I found), he managed to help me to flush the cooler tank and true enough, plenty of rust spotted from the water flushed out. After replenish the coolent, my car was back to normal, but only for 40 minutes journey on the highway before the temperature shoot up to 6 bars again. The parit buntar mechanic told me to drive with the A/C off, true enough the temperature was stable at 3 bars, all the way to Putrajaya. On today's trip, the temperature kept shooting up to 5 bars despite A/C off, could only maintain stable 3 bars heat if i keep the rppm below 2.5, speed below 100kmph. Real nightmare when you thought a car below 5 years of use should not have this kind of low level problem.

BMW will need to continue with its dynamic drivetrain to even compete in the EV market. Otherwise, the Chinese products are more marketable.

It's really about the wheels. E39 also had some nasty lower spec wheels, the body only shined with the better wheels.

Please ditch the live video review format. Personally, i find it difficult to watch as it's crude and lacks finesse. I appreciate this format means no editing to be done for you, but I've always found your reviews informative and enjoyable and the live format detracts from that

Just thought I'd share my views on the Live Review format I think it's great because it brings you closer to your audience and you allow your audience to have a voice in your channel. Secondly, pertinent questions to each buyer is addressed & gives room for a wider discourse in your channel. The only disadvantage (if you want to call it that) is finding the right time where both you and the largest number of your audience is available. Frankly, it was a totally random thing when I saw you were doing a live review & I just hopped in. Maybe a poll among your audience to determine the time and frequency of this format may give you more information to work with? As for the format, I realise most viewers consume content for Information or for entertainment. Most of the time, it's varying degrees in between. Not everyone is capable of reviewing off the cuff without prior research & it certainly requires a person with considerable experience & exposure to pull such a thing off. But at the same time, the amount of buyer information may be limited (or in some cases, outright misleading), giving rise to inconsistencies & bias. I suppose you have to decide for yourself where in the spectrum you wish to position yourself with your audience. To me, I've always enjoyed your balanced point of view, grounded in as much facts as you can accurate present. Keep up the good work, bro.

never buy the 2.5l N52B25 before 2009/2010. they all have problems with piston rings and drink up to 1l of oil every 1-2000km

Sitting here waiting on my E84 X1 Xdrive2.8i with the Msport package and 19" twin spokes. Sticker when new in2013 was $45,000 USD, its a lower milage 45K for $15K and a two year extended warranty. Still a fair amount of money for a used vehicle, but new car prices are insane and insurance is getting stupid. Fingers crossed.
